Service Description
Immerse yourself in a creative crafting session where you can play with colors, learn how to crochet and make something unique, all in a relaxing atmosphere with music, coffee, tea, and sweet treats. In this hands-on crochet workshop, you’ll learn how to crochet even if you've never touched a crochet hook before! We will focus on learning the basic crochet techniques and we will practice our very first stitches. What’s Provided : - High-quality yarn in a selection of colours - Crochet hook - Scissors - Filter coffee or tea, and sweet treats - Participants will also get their first Crochet Pattern so they can finish their project at home. Yes! You’ll also receive a free digital granny square guide at the end of the first session, so you’ll have a step-by-step reference to keep and use for future projects. Each participant can choose and work with one skein of yarn. The crochet hooks and extra yarn provided during the workshop are for use during the sessions and are not included to take home. If you don’t manage to finish your purse during the workshop, no worries! I’ll be happy to recommend where you can source the hooks you need to continue your project at home. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Refunds I understand that plans can change, so here is my cancellation policy: - 7 days or more before the workshop: Full refund - 6–5 days before the workshop: 50% refund - 4–2 days before the workshop: No refund - 1 day before or on the day of the workshop: No refund Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid for the workshop ticket. Any payment processing fees that cannot be recovered may be deducted from the refund. Transferring Your Spot If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to **transfer your spot to another person**. Please contact me as soon as possible with the new participant's name and contact details. The new participant must meet any requirements stated for the workshop (for example, the required crochet skill level). If You Arrive Late or Cannot Attend Please arrive on time so we can make the most of our workshop together. If you arrive late, the workshop will still finish at the scheduled time and the session cannot be extended. If you don't attend your booked workshop, it is considered a **no-show** and is non-refundable. Workshop Requirements Each workshop may have different skill requirements. Please read the workshop description carefully before booking and make sure you meet any stated requirements. For workshops requiring specific information from you — such as clothing size or colour choice — please provide the requested information accurately when booking. Workshop Materials All materials specifically listed in the workshop description are provided for use during the workshop. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, **workshop tools, leftover materials and supplies are not included to take home**. If you don't finish your project during the workshop, you can continue it at home. I’ll be happy to recommend where you can source any additional materials you may need. Workshop Changes or Cancellation In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or significantly change a workshop, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered either: * a full refund, or * the option to transfer your booking to another available date. If the workshop cannot take place due to circumstances outside my control, I will do my best to find a suitable alternative or provide a refund where applicable.
